St Vincent School for the Deaf

I organized, planned, and crowdfunded a collaboration between Artist Proof Studio first year students and students special needs students from St. Vincent School for the Deaf. Students selected to paint a popular South African slogan ‘We’re Ubuntu’ which means ‘I am who I am, because of who we all are.’ Through this project, Artist Proof Studio started working with deaf students across the city. APS facilitators and I learned sign language to communicate with deaf students and even started enrolling deaf students into their 4 year program.
